1.        THE MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED USING THE SWISS CLASIFICATION SYSTEM.

2.        THE MATCHES WILL BE PLAYED FOR EITHER (200) POINTS OR (40) MINUTES, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. THIS MEAN THAT AT THE END OF 40 MINUTE THE TEAM THAT IS AHEAD WINS BUT IF THE HAND HAS STARTED, IT HAS TO BE FINISHED EVEN IF IT GOES OVER 40 MINUTES.

3.        START, TILES WILL BE SHUFFLE AND THE PLAYER THAT PICKS THE HIGHER ONE WILL START THE GAME. AFTER THAT WE WILL USE THE ROTATION SYSTEM.

4.        AFTER THE GAME IS STARTED, NO COMMENTS, GESTURES OR MOVEMENTS CAN BE MADE THAT MAY SIGNAL A PLAY.  HANDS ARE TO BE KEPT UNDERNEATH THE TABLE DURING THE GAME. IF ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS ARE VIOLATED.THERE WILL BE A (25) POINTS FINE.

5.        IF PLAYER PASSES (SKIP HIS/HER TURN) HAVING A TILE WHICH CAN BE LEGALLY PLAYED WILL BE FINED (50) POINTS, “RE-SHUFFLE” IF THE SKIP IS INTENTIONAL TO AVOID A LOCK, OR LOSE THE GAME, THE GAME WILL BE CONFISCATED. “ 

6.        IF A PLAYER TOUCHES A TILE, HE HAS TO PLAY IT, IF THE TILE DON`T FIT, IT MUST BE PLACED ON THE TABLE FACING UP AND HAS TO BE PLAYED AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY POSSIBLE. IF THE PLAYER WINS WITH THAT TILE, THE POINTS DO NOT COUNT. (25) FINE.

7.        WRONG START, (NO RE-SHUFFLE) LEAVE TILE ON THE TABLE FACE UP AND MUST BE PLAYED AT THE FIRST OPPORTUNITY. IF THE PLAYER WINS WITH THAT TILE, THE POINTS DO NOT COUNT. (25) POINT FINE.          THE CORRECT PLAYER WILL START THE HAND. 

8.        PLAYING AHEAD OF TURN (25) POINTS FINE UNLESS NOBODY ELSE HAS A PLAY.  

9.        IN A LOCKED GAME, TEAM`S UNPLAYED TILES ARE ADDED AND THE TEAM WITH THE LOWEST AMOUNT WINS. IN CASE OF A TIE, THE POINTS WILL NOT COUNT, ROTATION CONTINUES.

10.      IF A PLAYER PICK 5 OR MORE DOUBLES WILL HAVE THE OPTION OF RE-SHUFFLE.

11.      EACH PLAY MUST BE MADE WITHIN (20 SECONDS) AND TO LOCK THE GAME WITHIN (40 SECONDS) AND IT IS UP TO THE JUDGE DISCRETION. FINE SHOULDN`T BE MORE THAN (10POINTS)

12.      IF THE FIRST TILE PLAYED AT THE BEGINNING OF A GAME IS A DOUBLE, IT MUST BE PLACED HORIZONTALLY. IF IT IS A MIXED ONE IT IS PLACED SO THE LOWEST NUMBER FACES THE PLAYER.

ONE WARNING WILL BE ISSUE TO EACH TEAM IF IT`S HAPPENS AGAIN (25) POINT FINE

13.      AFTER THE DOMINOES ARE PLACED IN THE HOLDERS, THEY CAN`T BE RE-ARRANGED 25PTS. FINE

14.      IF A PLAYER PLAYS A TILE THAT DOESN`T FIT (RE- SHUFFLE), (75) POINTS FINE AND ROTATION CONTINUES. THE PLAYER HAS TO LET THE TILE GO COMPLETELY TO APPLY THIS RULE, OTHERWISE RULE # 6 APPLIES.

***NOTE: ALL THE FINES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE INFRACTOR`S TEAM SCORE.

                ALL THE DECISIONS BY THE JUDGES ARE FINAL
